Baron de Lestac rouge is matured in oak barrels for several months. Optimised for each vintage, it develops a subtlety, elegance and tannic structure rarely found in this Bordeaux AOC.
Tasting notes
- Colour: subtle, with a dark garnet-red colour and deep brick highlights.
- Nose: fine, reflecting a successful marriage of woody notes and red fruit.
- Palate: well-structured, with mellow, harmonious tannins, finely wooded and velvety on the palate.
